I liked the ordering options overall, and the tools were useful too. They felt a little clunky at first, actually, I guess they’re fine once you get used to them, just not the smoothest experience.

I tried using idex.io, but the transaction took way too long to confirm. I was just sitting there waiting with no clear idea of what was happening, which was frustrating. For the fees and overall hassle, it didn’t feel worth it to me. I’m probably going to avoid using it again

I’ve been using IDEX for a bit now it’s been... fine, in a good way. Pages load when I need them to, I haven’t really hit any random downtime, and trades just go through without a whole thing. Nothing flashy, but it’s been steady for me.

I went with idex.io mostly because, privacy is kind of a big deal for me, and so far it pretty much lines up with what I was hoping for. I didn’t really feel like I was being asked for a bunch of extra info, which, you know, I definitely appreciated. The site is fairly simple to use too, not overly complicated or anything. Overall, I’ve felt comfortable using it, and up to now there haven’t been any weird surprises or hassles. It just kind of works, which is really all I wanted

I reached out to support and they got it fixed quick. no hassle or back and forth, just handled It.

I’ve been using idex.io mainly because the token lineup is solid. I’ve come across a few smaller coins there that I wasn’t seeing on some other exchanges, which is great if you’re into checking out opportunities beyond the usual big names.
It’s not perfect, though. I’d like to see a bit more info on some tokens before jumping into trades, just to make research easier. Still, for finding a wider range of tokens, it handles the job well. Easy 4 stars from me.

I did like the non-custodial part of IDEX, and that was the main reason I gave it a try. Keeping control of my own funds and not having coins just sitting on an exchange made me feel better, and I don’t think that’s being overly cautious — I’d rather be a little careful than regret it later.

That said, the whole experience felt clunky to me. Connecting my wallet, signing things, and trying to understand what was actually happening got annoying fast. Maybe it makes sense if you’re more advanced or trade this way all the time, but for me it felt like too much work for something that should’ve been smoother

kyc was smooth for me and didn’t have any weird extra steps. got through it quicker than i expected.

The site did work, but a few things felt kind of unclear to me. I kept wondering, am I really supposed to feel safe using this?! It wasn’t awful, but I definitely didn’t feel fully comfortable...

I tried using idex.io and thought it’d be straightforward, but my wallet just wouldn’t connect. I refreshed, tried another browser, checked the wallet settings, actually I figured maybe I was missing something, but no, it kept doing the same thing. There wasn’t even a clear error message, just stuck there being annoying. Maybe it works fine for other people, but for me it was pretty much a waste of time.

I haven’t poked around every part of it yet, but the trading screen feels clean and smooth. For the stuff I’ve used, it’s been easy enough to figure out.

A few things definitely could’ve been explained better from the start. It wasn’t a complete disaster, but over time the poor communication made me trust the process less and less. I just didn’t feel very informed most of the time.

It took just a little explaining, and they helped me get it sorted without a bunch of annoying back and forth. I guess I have to admit it went smoothly overall.

I use idex.io mostly on my phone and it’s been really smooth so far. The pages load quickly, the buttons are easy to tap, and I don’t feel like I’m digging through a bunch of confusing menus. It’s nice being able to use it without having to pull out my laptop every time.

I’ve tried it on Chrome and Firefox so far and, yeah, no problems really. It loads fast too, which is nice. Nothing weird or glitchy that I noticed...

The docs were super clear and easy to follow. The guides helped a lot, like really really helped, and made everything feel simple instead of confusing.

I used Idex for a small trade and then tried to withdraw my funds after, and the whole thing was annoying as hell. The withdrawal just sat there pending forever, so I kept checking it like an idiot, wondering if something was broken.

Support did eventually reply, but they were slow and the answers were basic, like they were just reading off some generic script. I did get my money in the end, but the waiting was such a crappy experience that I don’t really feel like using it again
